These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Krafto website, digital storefront, developer APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Krafto Digital Technologies Private Limited, registered at Level 5, Cyber City, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, India ("Krafto", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing digital assets, connecting an MCP client, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service & Marketplace Model

Krafto operates a digital asset marketplace and developer platform offering curated fonts, motion graphics, 3D templates, presets, AI tools, prompt libraries, ebooks, video courses, developer APIs, and autonomous agent MCP connectors. Content is supplied either directly by Krafto or by approved third-party independent creators ("Vendors").

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a paid account or purchase commercial licenses. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration details, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

Subscribing to a Krafto membership tier (Free, Go, Pro, or VIP) grants you access to catalog items included within that tier during your active billing cycle. Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit authorization. Prices are clearly displayed at checkout in Indian Rupees (₹), US Dollars ($), or Euros (€), inclusive of applicable GST and transaction taxes.

4. Payment Processing & Security

All customer payments and wallet top-ups are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay, Stripe, and partner banking networks). Krafto never stores or processes raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking credentials on its servers.

5. Licensing & Intellectual Property

Purchasing or unlocking a digital asset grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize the asset in accordance with our Content Licensing Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks, patents, and intellectual property rights in the underlying digital assets remain with Krafto or the respective third-party licensors.

6. Developer APIs & MCP Agent Connectors

Access to Krafto's Developer APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is subject to our Developer & MCP Platform Terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, systematically scrape, or circumvent API rate limits or authentication tokens.

7. Prohibited Uses

When using Krafto, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, bundle, or sub-license raw source files (fonts, 3D files, project templates) on competing marketplaces or stock repositories;
• Share account credentials, active session tokens, or API keys across unauthorized third parties;
• Upload, submit, or transmit defamatory, infringing, unlawful, or malicious code through the platform;
• Circumvent security mechanisms, license-checking protocols, or digital rights protections.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Krafto reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any account that breaches these Terms, infringes third-party intellectual property, or engages in fraudulent transaction behavior.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE AND ALL DIGITAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, KRAFTO DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
